Otis and Jeri

We made it to #47 and I love you more than ever. Hard to believe how our marriage started. It is all like a dream now. That night when I found you sitting at Tom's Drive In, in your 55 chevy convertable, drinking a cup of milk. Mad, because your girlfriend had to babysit instead of being with you. Little did she know.... haha, her loss. Me? I was there to meet my old boyfriend on the sly, because my parents didn't like him. He was 30 minutes late. Little did he know....haha, his loss. Too bad my Dad got word of what I was doing and came looking for me, when I saw Dad circle Tom's, I got scared. I Told Otis, we have to get out of here fast. So off we went. Then Otis said, what do we do now?? I said, "Run off to Mexico and get married?" Not expecting Otis to agree to that, but to my surprise he said........."OK, I need to go by and get the $20 bucks this guy owes me so we can have gas money." Off we went. That was on March 15. Thats why I'm always telling him, "Beware the Ides of March".......haha
Everyone at home, our loved ones and friends were out of their minds looking for us. Needless to say, when we came home after 3 days, noone was was thrilled to see us. We faced wrath that you would not believe, and we deserved all of it. But, somehow we were able to talk our parents into letting us get married in a church wedding the very next week end. That is how it all came about. We never had a date and bearly knew each other. But, here we are 47 years later. And they said it would never last...................Did I say that you were 18 and I was 15?

Addy's Ballet Bag

They posted in wrong order, so you are seeing the back of the tote in first picture and the front in the second picture. The cute little ballerina bear and fonts came from lelesdesigns in Etsy.com. She has the cutest fonts and designs for very reasonable cost.
The ballet shoes in the top picture are from Dakota designs.

Embroidery Club

These are canvas totes I embroidered on. The Fishy one is the one I learned on in Embroidery Class. The Baby one, I did on my own. It's fun taking something that is plain and not pretty and making it into something really cute for someone to treasure.
