My Mom's machine

When I decided to start sewing rag quilts, totes and any thing else i can make
by ragging, I dug out my Mom's sewing machine. I haven't sewn anything since my 20's. I had no instructions with the machine, so I dug into my memories and threaded the machine. That was a challenge for sure. It took several attempts, but I did it!! I have ordered an instruction book for this machine off the net, but it hasn't come yet. I even put in a zipper!! I was amazed.

Brandi's Shower

Gosh, I haven't posted on here for a month. Sorry, so many things happening.
Dad had a stroke, but is doing very well now. Just some memory problems, and I think it will work itself out. I have been sewing a quilt for my great granddaughter, Addyson. Brandi's shower was last Saturday, and she got so many
beautiful baby things, so much pink......I will post some pictures with this blog.
