I took my new machine back to the dealer.........he plugged it all in and IT WORKED
PERFECT!!! Only difference was he used red thread. Then I took over, treaded the machine and It did perfect!!......I don't know what I was doing wrong, but the important thing is that it is working. So I may have to embroider with red thread all the time or steal his demo table if it keeps messing up at home.
